At Checkmate, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not happy with your order, we offer a hassle-free return process.

Return Eligibility

  • Items must be unused, in original packaging, and returned within 30 days of delivery.
  • Returns are accepted only for products purchased directly from our store.
  • Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required.

How to Initiate a Return

  1. Contact Us – Email our support team at hello@checkmate.cc or fill out our return request form.
  2. Receive Return Instructions – We’ll provide details on how to ship your item back.
  3. Send the Item – Ship the product to the given return address.
  4. Refund Processing – Once we receive and inspect the item, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Used or damaged items (unless received in a defective condition).
  • Gift cards and promotional items.

Exchanges

If you received a defective or incorrect item, we’ll gladly replace it at no additional cost. Contact us within 7 days of delivery for assistance.
